Background
The European Liberal Forum (ELF), the political foundation and think tank of the ALDE party and a network of 57 member organisations across Europe, provides evidence-based policy recommendations through its wide range of publications such as policy papers, studies and journals. The purpose of this call for tenders is to conclude a contract with a reliable and experienced printing supplier(s) to meet ELF’s diverse printing needs, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.
Scope of work
The successful Supplier will be required to provide the price quote for the following services:
Printing of the following publications, delivery of printed materials to the ELF office (Rue d’Idalie 11-13, 1050 Ixelles, Brussels, Belgium) and ensuring all printed materials meet the quality standards specified by the client:
Submission Instructions
The tender application, to be submitted in English, should consist of a cover letter expressing interest and suitability for the tender, a price quote for above mentioned services, proof of experience and expertise in providing high-quality printing services, and information about the company’s legal status: name of the company, legal address and form of association, structure of the company, VAT number and status.
Evaluation Criteria
Tenders will be evaluated based on the price-quality ratio, availability, expected delivery time and delivery cost, previous work experience with ELF and other liberal organisations.
Contract conditions
The European Liberal Forum will sign a framework contract with the chosen Supplier(s) for a duration of 1 year. Please note that the contract will oblige the Supplier(s) to provide its services in a timely and accurate manner with response to requests for services. If your company is unable to commit to such response times, please do not submit an offer.
