Study Visit and Expert Roundtable

Synchronization of the skills of migrants and the needs of European markets

About the event

The project aims at contributing to establish sustainable, inclusive and target group oriented training policies for migrants by supporting the consistency of training opportunities for migrants and the current/future demands of European job markets. Under this concept, stakeholders across Europe come together to see good examples of the vocational training modules in Germany. They exchange information experiences and practices regarding skills based trainings, vocational education and entrepreneurship trainings with their counterparts from related institutions to apply a similar approach in their countries. Later, they discuss in Brussels with decision makers and liberal intellectuals how to create more opportunities for migrants in labor markets and what liberals can offer.
