Rainbow Platform – Circles of Diversity Discussion

The rainbow platform diversity initiative is a cross-institutional initiative aiming to increase the diversity in liberal organisations to empower the LGBTQI+ socially engaged community to play active roles.

The project combines a long-term learning course at MyAcademy and three in-person workshops for the operational leadership of liberal organisations to shape their internal culture into one that empowers diversity. The project also invites former academy participants to join a live session for a high-level follow-up to map how diversity initiatives have changed their political organisations.
