The capacity-building session will be hosted by Alliance of Her, led by ELF and ALDE Party, in partnership with the Renew Europe Secretariat and Rainbow Platform.

Drawing on her extensive experience working at the highest levels in European and national politics, Katrien has assembled proven solutions for dealing with these traps so that talented leaders live to fight another day.

During this session, MEPs will talk through the foundations of good management, recruitment and how to foster a high-preforming happy team in the European Parliament. Don’t worry, there will also be plenty of group work to discuss how you develop your own management style and teams.
