Land of Freedom Foundation

The Land of Freedom Foundation is a Ukrainian liberal foundation established in 2020 in response to Ukraine’s growing liberal community following three decades of democratic progress. Our mission is to turn hope into social transformation in Ukraine, with a primary aspiration of delivering forward-thinking and hope-driven impact for civil society through collective execution. Freedom, unity, courage, hope, and resilience are at the core of our Foundation.

At the Land of Freedom Foundation, we are dedicated to driving Ukrainian civil society forward – not just for resilience during war but also for post-war recovery and European integration. Our activities span a broad range, focusing on the future of civil society, women, and youth. We leverage key strategies including research and policymaking, knowledge dissemination, and capacity building to ensure a bright European future for all.

We work closely with our partners Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe (ALDE) Party, European Liberal Forum, The Alliance of Her, Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom Ukraine, Swedish International Liberal Centre, Campus Polska, European Endowment for Democracy, Taiwan Foundation for Democracy.
