The European Liberal Forum (ELF) is the political foundation and think-tank of the European liberal Party ALDE, with a network of 57 member organisations across Europe. Each year, ELF and its member organisations organise over 200 activities that need to be managed and tracked on a day-to-day basis.

The purpose of this call for tenders is to conclude a contract with a provider of the following services: 

Teambuilding and training – activities organised for the employees of ELF, which aim at strengthening the understanding and collaboration between the team members and allow them to work together effectively as a team, increase motivation and promote cooperation as well as foster personal development of employees. 

Management consultancy – provide ad hoc support and advice to senior management in issues related to employee management, leadership training and functioning of the organisation. 

The price should be stated per hour or day without VAT. 

The tender application, to be submitted in English, should consist of a description of the service (training concept notes, examples of previous practices) and the price quote, including the following information about the company’s legal status: the company name, legal address and form of association, structure of the company, VAT number and status.

ELF will sign a contract with the provider of the services for a duration of 3 years.
