The Board of Directors is mandated by the General Assembly to lead the Association.
The current Board was elected by the Autumn 2022 General Assembly in Brussels for a two year mandate.
President
Belgian Member of the European Parliament, elected in 2015. She is part of the liberal-centrist Renew Europe Group, the successor to the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe (ALDE).
First Vice President
German Member of the European Parliament since 2019. He is member of the German Free Democratic Party (FDP). In the European Parliament he is part of the of the liberal-centrist Renew Europe Group and vice chair of the committee on Transport and Tourism.
Second Vice President
Current President at the UIA “Administrative and Regulatory Law” Commission in Paris, Deputy President at Smart Cities Law Firm in Barcelona, and European Affairs Director at the Luigi Einaudi Foundation in Rome.
Treasurer
Elected member of the Finnish Parliament, vice chairman of the Swedish People’s Party’s parliamentary group, member of the EU affairs committee, administration and interior affairs committee, and the constitutional law committee.
Board Member
Coordinator to the Bulgarian delegation at Renew Europe Group in the European Parliament, former President of the European Liberal Youth organization (LYMEC). Previously she worked as legislative adviser at the Bulgarian National Assembly.

Hungarian Member of the European Parliament, elected in 2019 and vice-president of the Hungarian liberal party, Momentum Movement. In the European Parliament she is part of the liberal-centrist Renew Europe Group.

Current board member of Projekt: Polska Association. He is an expert at the Nowoczesna party and was previously a part-time teacher at the Reykjavik University School of Law.
