Held alongside Civic Platform’s School of Diplomacy, this high-level conference will bring together policymakers, strategic thinkers, and defence experts to discuss whether Europe is prepared for a shifting multipolar world, and what is needed to build a more proactive framework for collective stability.

As Europe faces growing labour shortages and begins implementing the New Pact on Migration and Asylum, the 2026 Stakeholder Dialogue at the European Parliament brings together policymakers, cities, researchers, and civil society to advance pragmatic, liberal solutions on labour migration and integration.

The Inclusive Liberal Futures project is a multi-year initiative strengthening how liberal parties engage with and represent minority communities. Through structured dialogue between political actors, people with lived experience, civil society and policy experts, the project supports more inclusive party cultures and more representative liberal leadership. The 2026 cycle focuses on persons with disabilities, LGBT communities and Roma communities, laying the groundwork for a collaborative roadmap that will help shape future inclusive liberal politics.

This policy lab brings together researchers, policymakers, and civil society actors to develop liberal policy responses to the growing gender divide among young people, with the strongest ideas contributing to an upcoming ELF policy paper.
