The European Liberal Forum is requesting offers for services for an event in Stockholm, Sweden, from April 18 to April 20.
Services requested:
– April 18-20: 25 hotel rooms for 25 participants for 2 nights
– April 18: Meeting room for 25 people for one hour
– April 19: Meeting room for full day conference with two coffee breaks (morning/afternoon) and lunch
– April 20: Meeting room for conference until lunch, one coffee break (morning) and lunch
– Technical support: projector and sound in the conference room
