Join our network of European liberal organisations

At its core, the European Liberal Forum is an organisation driven by its members. ELF is a network of 47 liberal think tanks and foundations from across Europe and its neighbourhood. We derive our expertise and impact from our Members and in return, Members will increase their impact through ELF; particularly in the European policy-making arena.

Through this collaborative approach, ELF Members:

• exchange ideas and learn from one another
• enrich each other’s work
• stimulate pan-European debates on liberal policy ideas

Our Members share best practices to facilitate capacity building on liberal matters. Their expertise is rooted in national policy debates which help us shape European answers to European challenges.
