About the event

The annual workshops for your ELF Projects! More information in the Overview.

During this workshop, we will show you the A-to-Z of how to run an ELF project on the Salesforce platform, including administration, and finances. We’ll show you the ins and outs of the Guidelines, visibility and communication, and share a few tricks for making your projects memorable, whether it’s an event or publication.

Due to a large investment in the 2024 and 2025 trainings where we covered the entire ELF network, this year we are only doing a single workshop on two tiers: beginner and experienced.

Beginner project managers are those project managers who have never done an annual ELF project on the Salesforce platform. The beginners’ specific training will be on February 11 in the morning so participants should plan to arrive on February 10.

Experienced project managers have managed at least 1 project on the Salesforce platform (had a project in 2025)

This training is mandatory for all beginner project managers, and optional for all experienced project managers. We can accept one person per MO, exceptions may be granted if warranted (complex projects). The persons attending will be expected to have access to and be able to manage their projects on Salesforce. If you don’t have access, please reach out to the Secretariat.

Participants are kindly requested to make their own travel and accommodation arrangements as soon as possible following confirmation of the Secretariat (confirmations will be issued periodically).

ELF will refund beginner project managers up to 800 euros after the event. (aprox. enough for 2 overnights and a flight)

ELF will refund experienced project managers up to 500 euros after the event. (aprox. enough for 1 overnight and a flight)

We hope to welcome you in Brussels, and kick-start our project cycle together!
