In this session, we will explore how the new president’s agenda may reshape Poland’s democratic institutions, challenge judicial independence, restrict media freedom, and consolidate executive power. We will also examine how this political shift could deepen rifts with Brussels over rule-of-law issues, migration policy, and adherence to EU values.
