European Fair Trial Monitor

About the event  

This event serves as a first kick-off meeting for the conceptualization of the European Fair Trial Monitor (EFTM). The body aims to collect, document and report testimonies as well as documents of persons flouting human rights and using the judiciary as a tool of repression in Belarus.  

Project presentation by Dr. Jürgen Martens, Lawyer, former German MP, former State Minister for Justice and Europe of Saxony.
