European Trainers Academy (ETA) is a project that establishes a common ELF framework for training of trainers. Trainings offered in the European Trainers Academy are tailored to different levels of skills and knowledge of participants identified as novice, intermediate and advanced.

You are kindly invited to apply for the European Trainers Academy Training focused on Facilitation and Moderation which will take place in Lisbon, Portugal from 25th to 27th of March 2022. (2 full day workshop)
The event is tailored for intermediate level of expertise – moderators and facilitators that have some experience and practice in moderating national events, group discussions or workshops and want to expand their skillset or look to transition to working on international events.
By participating in the training, participants will learn the theory behind moderation and facilitation, experience and practice in a safe training environment among peers and gain confidence in front of a group.
