Strengthening NGO Leadership for European Integration

Civil society organizations in Eastern Partnership and EU accession countries are at a critical juncture, facing growing pressures from shrinking civic space, rising autocracy, and persistent crises. The Resilient Civil Society Academy & Workshop brings together civil society leaders, experts, and stakeholders to build resilience, strengthen leadership, and promote sustainable organizational growth.

Through interactive workshops, peer learning, and strategic dialogue, participants will gain practical tools, exchange best practices, and develop collaborative solutions to advance democratic values and support European integration. This event is organized by the European Liberal Forum with the joint support of the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom, through the project “25-MI-29 Strengthening Security and Geopolitical Resilience in South Caucasus and EaP Countries” and the Land of Freedom Foundation, Ukraine, through the initiative “The Resilient Civil Society Academy”.
