Conference is open to ELF General Assembly delegates upon registration and confirmation from the organizers. Limited number of hotel rooms will be made available for an extra overnight stay from April 17-18.

Logistics:
ELF has booked a block of rooms for delegates at the Hoxton Hotel, Rudolf-Sallinger-Platz 1, 1030 Wien, Austria. All delegates will be booked for 1 night – 16-17 April 2026. Extra night 17-18 April may be offered to delegates wishing to attend the Skills conference. All extra nights and requests can be communicated to the Secretariat but will need to be covered by the delegate.
You may proceed to book your flights at your earliest conveniance. Refunds will be issued after the event as per limits below.
When registering for the event, please select the corresponding ticket option:

– Non-voting representative of a Full Member Organisation
– Representative of an Affiliate Member – eligible for travel costs refund up to 300EUR, economy only (only 1 per member)
