The European Liberal Forum’s Enlargement Now Roadshow demonstrates why EU enlargement matters for the region. In Armenia, the roadshow is meant to support the country’s new Strategic Agenda and its European goals.

ELF is hosting a discussion on Transparent and Accountable governance for political tech. Our role is to bridge the gap between politics and the industry while effectively fight disinformation and fake news that are putting at risk our democratic governance.

For too long, Europe has sat back and relied on the US. Now antidemocratic presidents as Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin are working together to crush the EU, while Europe’s right-wing populists are serving as their puppets and sabotage us from within. Russia’s invasion of Ukraine in 2022 marked a turning point. Gone is an 80-year period in which Western Europe could rely on the United States as a loyal partner in economic and social matters.

Training of Trainers Masterclass

The current political environment presents both challenges and opportunities for progressive parties. Populist and radical-right movements have shown an ability to dominate the public conversation by offering simple narratives that resonate emotionally with voters. This workshop, aims to equip progressive movements with the tools and strategies needed to reclaim the narrative and engage citizens effectively. 

This event will serve as a valuable forum for exchanging best practices and experiences of young individuals working within the promotion of liberal values and democracy from across the world.

The Liberal Partnership Days 2025 are an ELF event co-organised with VVD International  and will be held on 20th–21st November 2025 at Sociëteit de Witte, The Hague, the Netherlands. This year the focus will be on Security and Resilient Democracy.
