Organising Freedom is a project that brings together organisational leaders from European liberal organisations through a series of events aimed at mutual learning and exchange. The focus is on how we organise, engage, and evolve in response to changing societal needs.
This edition of the conference will centre on the exchange of best practices on new forms of engagement. As liberal organisations, we must continually adapt how we connect with members, supporters, and the broader public building more meaningful, sustainable relationships and creating organisational models that are fit for the 21st century.
If we expect citizens to engage with bold, forward-thinking environmental solutions, we must also reflect those values in how we work credibly, sustainably, and inclusively. By aligning our practices with our principles, we strengthen both our impact and our legitimacy.
More broadly, developing innovative approaches to engagement is key to making our organisations more resilient, participatory, and future-oriented. This conference will be a space to share what works, reflect on what doesn’t, and explore how liberal organisations can better rise to today’s challenges together.
