The European Trainers Academy establishes an ELF framework for training of trainers to promote capacity building and improve the quality of training across the European liberal network.
The European Trainers Academy widens and deepens the training of trainers’ infrastructure by offering tailored trainings to novice, intermediate (already active at national level) and advanced trainers (already active at international level) from European liberal organizations.
This Bucharest session is for advanced level trainers, designed for persons with at least a couple of years long experience in giving trainings. It will aim to create an interactive learning environment, in which participants will actively exchange with trainers on ground and with each other.
