European Trainers Academy 2024

About the event

The European Trainers Academy is an ELF programme of training of trainers aimed at providing training opportunities to trainers, facilitators and moderators of ELF and other liberal events at different levels of professional development.  

The Advanced Training of Training Organisers event is aimed at persons who are crafting the training programmes in ELF and elsewhere and thus providing essential capacity-building opportunities to European liberals. The training will enable the participants to exchange best practices and discuss common challenges among peers in key areas that concern training organisations, such as recruitment and selection, choosing trainers and tailoring programmes to the audience, as well as the role of feedback in shaping future programmes.  

In addition, the event will be an opportunity for participants as representatives of their respective organisations, to outline their plans for 2025 and coordinate with their colleagues to find opportunities to join forces and avoid duplication.
