Local democracy in Central Europe 

About the event  

The roundtable discussion will examine the state of play of local democracy in Central Europe. One of the main topics of the discussion will be the question of how disengaged younger generations can be inspired to be brave to get back the control of their future. The discussion may serve as a basis for further local, regional, and international cooperation between the involved partners in promoting European and liberal values and above all the raising awareness on the importance of democratic participation of citizens on all levels of European governance.
