About the event

With this event, we bring together Renew Europe MEPs, APAs, political advisors, civil society, academia and corporate sector partners to engage in Chatham House discussions on how AI can benefit our societies, economies, and democracies and on the role of the EU in advancing AI over the next mandate.

The first segment will focus on how MEPs can use AI in their daily work and will consist of sessions where experts give insights into safe and bold use of AI tools in the legislative procedure. The second part of the workshop will consist of expert roundtables that will allow MEPs and APAs to have an in-depth discussion on how AI is used in specific fields, including healthcare, sustainability, democracy and human rights.

Please bear in mind that you need accreditation to enter to the European Parliment. If you don’t have a badge arrive 15 minutes in advance to the accreditation center of the European Parliment.

The event is organised by the European Liberal Forum, with support of the Renew Europe Group. The event received financial support from the European Parliament. The sole liability remains with the organiser. The European Parliament is not responsible for any use that may be made of the information contained therein.
