Members’ Training A-to-Z of ELF projects

Excited to kick-off your first ELF project? An old-timer but fancy brushing up on the rules? 

During this 2-day training, we will show you the A-to-Z of how to run an ELF project, including administration, finances, branding, communications and publishing with ELF. We’ll show you the ins and outs of the Guidelines and share a few tricks for making memorable projects!  

The scope of the training, among other topic, will involve:

• Project administration, Overview, processes and timelines 
• Finances
• Training on risk management in a post-Covid event world
• Communications and branding
• Form your format! Tips and tricks for creating a great project

The training will be both in person:

• 2-4 February 2022 Brussels &
• 14 and 16 February Online
